About
You know the old comment about how some moribund, non cutting-edge art venues can seem like mausoleums -- repositories for dead art? Well, here's a gallery where the first part of that comment has come true, literally. Director Dr. Jae Carmichael mounts well-received exhibitions at this gallery inside a 1920s mausoleum at the Mountain View Memorial cemetery. Close to the gallery is a contemporary stained-glass "Arbor of Light Radiance Corridor" designed by Carmichael, who, coincidentally, was first exhibited at this venue 40-plus years ago.
