About
Located in the burgeoning Culver City Arts District, Billy Shire Fine Arts specializes in new work by emerging artists from around the world. The gallery is the sister institution of La Luz de Jesus in Hollywood. Billy Shire Fine Arts has shown work by Joe Sorren, Bari Kumar, Daniel Martin Diaz, Glenn Barr and Marc Dennis.
Visiting
The gallery is located at 5790 Washington Blvd., near Fairfax Ave., in Culver City. Hours of operation are Tuesdays through Saturdays, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Public parking is available at the lots on Ince Blvd., Watseka Ave. and Cardiff Ave. Limited street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.

There are plenty of dining options located in the Culver City Arts District. La Dijonaise is a classy but affordable French restaurant located in the Helms Bakery Building, on the corner of Washington Blvd. and Helms Ave. In the same building, you'll find Beacon, a trendy pan-Asian restaurant that serves noodles, steaks, sushi and vegetarian cuisine. Brunello Trattoria, located at the corner of Washington Blvd. and La Cienega, is a popular destination for pasta, pizza and other Italian-American cuisine.
