Once you taste their homemade flavors, you'll understand why, especially their peach ice cream, which is available during the summer and is made from fresh peaches. Fosselman's offers all the standard ice cream flavors – chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, mint chip, Oreo cookies – but the innovate with concoctions of their own like chocolate dipped strawberry, banana heath bar crunch and variety of Hawaiian and Asian-inspired flavors like taro, macapuno and ube. There's a very good reason Fosselman's has been in business since 1919.
